Karen Armstrong
Dr. Armstrong is part of U.S. Office of Elementary and Secondary Education (OESE) data team and leads the work related to data analysis, use, and dissemination. Her current work focuses on ensuring that privacy protected OESE data is provided to the public through ED Data Express (EDE) and supporting OESE stakeholders to analyze and use OESE data responsibly to support improved policy and practice. Before joining the OESE data team, she led mixed-methods education and labor research projects at IMPAQ International and managed evaluation work at the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) National Center for Education Evaluation and Regional Assistance (NCEE).
