Sean Healy was a Middle School Math teacher for 11 years with the Jersey City Public Schools. Currently a Lead Teacher with the Student Life and Personnel Services Department (2 years). Helps with grant writing and reporting, budgets, school climate teams, student, parent, staff and admin support and the implementation of mental health services through the grant-funded Project Resilience and Bridges to Resilience projects. Prior to this, Sean was a lead teacher with the Special Education Department (10 years) where he developed, implemented and supported a multi-tiered system of support for Mathematics interventions, provided professional development, conducted data analysis and supported students, parents, teachers, admin and other school staff.
