Charlie is the Director of Early Learning and Intervention at the Indiana Department of Education, focusing on English language learning, migrant education, Title I, SIG, and early learning. He has served as ENL teacher, Instructional Coach, English Department Chair, ENL Coordinator and Curriculum Coordinator for Special Services.
