Cindy works with school improvement grantees, both through 1003(g) SIG and 1003(a) funds.  She recently helped develop a statewide planning framework that includes components for schools in improvement and Title I Schoolwide.  Her work on school improvement started when she worked on Title I, Part A and included developing improvement processes for Title I schools that were transitioning from Title I Targeted Assistance Schools to Title I Schoolwide Programs. She has been with the Indiana Department of Education since 2001.
