Cynthia has devoted her life to the education of children, families and their communitites. Innovation has always been at the forefront of Cynthia's leadership in schools both as teacher and administrator. Beginning her career 30 years ago, 26 of which were as educator and facilitator for preschool through fourth grades in both urban and rural schools before becoming a principal.

In continuing her passion of education, Cynthia joined the NH Department of Education in July 2015 and continues to lead the way with innovation at the state level in her work with SWIFT (School Wide Integrated Framework for Transformation).
