Julia Martin is Legislative Director at Brustein & Manasevit, PLLC. She works to keep clients updated on federal legislative and regulatory activities and assists clients in developing and accomplishing legislative and policy goals that allow them to more effectively implement federal education programs. Educational issues -- including K-12 policy, higher education, and federal funding -- are Ms. Martin's focus. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Martin worked for both a Committee office and a member's office on Capitol Hill on education and family issues.
