Mary Earick

Dr. Mary Earick is the Administrator for the Bureau of Integrated Programs and the State Title I Director at the New Hampshire Department of Education. Most recently she has led a reorganization of ESEA compensatory programs to an integrated management model with her team and the development of a problems of practice model of school innovation where the drivers of change are schools and districts. Prior to working at the NHDOE Mary was an Associate Professor of Early Childhood Education and a public school teacher in the New Haven, CT public schools. Her teaching has been featured in the documentary Teaching Tolerance in the Early Years and she is the author of Racially Equitable Teaching.
