Neil Guthrie is currently assistant superintendent of Student Support Services with the Wichita Public Schools.  He provides leadership for Special Education, Title I Services.  Neil began his career as a school psychologist before moving into educational administration.  He earned his Masters and ED.S degrees from Wichita State University where he teaches Special Education Administration and is completing a doctoral degree.  He is committed to a system of reform efforts that support all students under one system.  He has been instrumental in providing leadership and implementation for the Wichita Multi-Tiered System of Supports.
