Rosborough, a licensed attorney, was an Assistant State Director of Early Childhood, Special Education, and Title Services at the state level. In that role, Rosborough provided leadership for the general supervision systems of all Federal Programs working towards program alignment and effective implementation of multi-tiered systems of support to benefit all learners state-wide.
