Tammie Ash is the principal at Forrest W. Hunt Elementary School in Forest City, NC. She has degrees from Limestone College and Appalachian State University. Her roles as a classroom teacher, assistant principal and principal over the last six years have provided her with extensive experience in the field of a Multi-Tiered System of Supports. Tammie has presented at multiple district and state conferences about the implementation of MTSS. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree from Gardner-Webb University where she is conducting research surrounding the critical components necessary for the successful implementation of MTSS.
