Terry Pitchford, Manager of Federal and State Programs in Palm Beach County, will share information regarding program implementation in eight (8) high needs Title I elementary schools. Terry joined Federal and State Programs in 2005 and is the manager for family engagement activities for the more than 130 Title I schools in the district. Terry’s experiences include teaching at middle and high schools and at The Ohio State University; she also served as a mentor teacher for four years prior to working in grants administration. Terry has served as the Region V Vice President for FASFEPA for the past 3 years.
