Judy and Tracy were responsible for facilitating a true Response to Intervention (RTI) model that meets the needs of strict state guidelines across 25 states for K-12 online and blended classrooms. They developed a guide and supporting documents that define and describe the role of the teacher, responsibilities of the student and family, and how Student Support Teams (SSTs) provide assistance with determining tiered interventions and timely progress monitoring. Throughout the school year, they facilitate ongoing communication with (SSTs), engage instructional support leads to evaluate data and make instructional decisions, discuss models that have proven success with school leaders, and analyze student performance on formative/summative assessments as well as content-area grades.
