Lavada Berger, B.A., Harvard College, is the Deputy Director of the Right Question Institute. Before joining RQI, she was a third grade teacher at North Star Academy in Newark, NJ. Previously, Lavada was a strategy consultant for Monitor Deloitte focused on effective problem-solving and growth.
