Dr. Lowery is president and CEO of FutureReady Columbus and NASBE’s 2015 Policy Leader of the Year. With 31 years as a classroom teacher, school principal and administrator, she served as Maryland Superintendent of Schools and as the secretary for education at the Delaware Department of Education.
