Monika is an outcomes-oriented program officer who supported multiple states during the Race to the Top grant period. She currently works with Arizona, Wyoming, and Kentucky on multiple federal programs including Title I, Title II-A, Title III-A, equity, ESEA flexibility, and SIG.
